What it is:

A moisturizing toner to help soothe sensitive skin with allantoin and centella asiatica extract. Also formulated with betula platyphylla japonica juice and panthenol that keep the skin hydrated and help strengthen the skin barrier, and ceramide that helps protect the skin from external irritations.

It contains the essence of concentrated active ingredients to fill the skin with a sense of calming and moisture without applying a separate essence.
