  • Klean Skin now ship internationally. International shipping rates will be calculated based on your order's total weight. 
  • Estimated delivery days quoted are in business days and exclude weekends and local public holidays. Estimated shipping timeframe does not allow for process & pack of orders.
  • If the incorrect address is entered at checkout, customer will have to cover postage charge to be resent if it has been returned back to us. Klean Skin is not responsible for unclaimed or incorrectly addressed parcels, and does not offer replacement packages.

PICK UP

  • Klean Skin offers in-person pick-ups on local orders in (coming soon), Washington. 
  • You will be sent an address and further instructions on how to pick up your order once you have completed checking out.
  • Pick up hours: am -  pm (unless noticed otherwise). 

REFUND/RETURN POLICY

  • Klean Skin has no returns policy as all sales are final.
  • For refunds on returned parcels (unable to be delivered), we will deduct 15% off the order amount to cover handling & postage fees. 
  • In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged, please email shopkleanskin@gmail.com within 20 days days of purchase, along with photos of the damaged product(s).
